Terms of Service

LockedIN ("the Service") is a scheduling product operated by EchoCore LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using getyoulockedin.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service is under active development. Features may change, be removed, or occasionally break, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that any particular feature will remain available. We recommend keeping independent records of important bookings.

You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live). You are responsible for all activity under your account.

The Free plan includes up to 5 total bookings received on your booking page. The Pro plan ($5.99 per month) includes unlimited bookings. Additional plans or features may be introduced over time.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep paid access until then. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice, effective at your next renewal.

All payments are final and non-refundable. This includes partial billing periods, unused time, unused features, and periods in which the Service was in development, beta, or experienced interruptions or defects. Where a refund is required by applicable law, that law prevails.

The Service is a scheduling tool. We are not a party to any meeting, engagement, or transaction between a host and the people who book with them, and we are not responsible for either party's conduct, services, or payment arrangements outside the Service.

Do not use the Service to break the law, send spam, harass others, infringe intellectual-property rights, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or misrepresent your identity. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We store your account details, availability, bookings, and — if you connect a calendar — OAuth tokens used solely to provide calendar sync (creating events and reading busy times). Tokens are deleted when you disconnect a calendar. We do not sell your personal data. Public booking pages display the profile information you choose to provide (name, title, bio, availability).

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EchoCore LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim arose (or $10 if you paid nothing).

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your account for violations of these Terms, legal requirements, or discontinuation of the product. Sections 5, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date; continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
